Re-opening Dates and Enrollment Procedures
Enrolments will be re-opened, in order to fill any remaining places on courses, on the days indicated below. You can enrol (either online or at the CLA secretary’s office depending on the type of student) in the same way as that indicated for the official enrolment period.
1st Cycle: 7th October to 13th December 2024
Re-opening of enrolments to fill any remaining places will take place on the 20th and 21st January 2025:
- Online registration: Open from 10:00 AM on the 20th January until 11:59 PM on the 21st January 2025.
- In-person registration: Available at the CLA Office on the 20th and 21st January 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
2nd Cycle: 20th January to 10th February 2025
Re-opening of enrolments to fill any remaining places will take place on the 20th and 21st January 2025:
- Online registration: Open from 10:00 AM on the 20th January until 11:59 PM on the 21st January 2025.
- In-person registration: Available at the CLA Office on the 20th and 21st January 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
3rd Cycle: 3rd March to 23rd May 2025
Re-opening of enrolments to fill any remaining places will take place on the 3rd and 4th March 2025:
- Only in-person registration: Available at the CLA Office from 10:00 to 12.00 noon and from 2 to 4 pm.
Notes for students enrolled during the re-opening periods
Any lessons which a student may have missed at the start of the course will automatically be counted as absences.
Students enrolling during the re-opening enrolments periods, before going to the lesson, will have to connect to the CLA Moodle page and log in at least once, so as to be enrolled by the teacher in the course's online community.
