Who can enrol on a course?

• students who have to pass the university language exam (‘prova di conoscenza linguistica’) in their first language
• doctoral and master’s degree students who have to pass a required Italian language exam as part of their study plan

How much do courses cost?

You may enrol free of charge for one course per language level, until you reach the prescribed level of your study plan (for Master Code students only one course is free of charge).

Enrolment dates

1^st cycle (September 2025)

• enrolments: from September 1st to September 3rd, with right of priority on September 1st and 2nd online.
• Opening Hours: From 10.00 am on 1st September to 11.59 pm on 3rd September 2025. 
• Cancellation Policy: by 11.59 pm on September 2nd, 2025.
• Re-opening of enrolments to fill any eventual places remaining: from 10.00 am on September 8th to 11.59 pm on September 9th 2025 (students cannot withdraw from the course).

2nd cycle (February 2026)

• enrolments: online from February 4th to February 6th, with right of priority on February 4th and 5th 2026.
• Opening Hours: From 10.00 am on 4th February to 11.59 pm on 6th February 2026.
• Cancellation Policy: by 11.59 pm on 6th February 2026.
• Re-opening of enrolments to fill any eventual places remaining: from 10.00 am on February 12th to 11.59 pm on February 13th 2026 (students cannot withdraw from the course).

3rd cycle (June 2026)

• enrolments: online from June 8th to June 12th, with right of priority on June 8th and 9th 2026. 
• Opening Hours: From 10.00 am on 8th June to 11.59 pm on 12th June 2026.
• Cancellation Policy: by 11.59 pm on 12th June 2026.
• Re-opening of enrolments to fill any eventual places remaining: from 10.00 am on June 18th to 11.59 pm on June 19th 2026 (students cannot withdraw from the course).

Once you have enrolled, if you wish to withdraw from the course, you have to do it in the CLA system by the deadline indicated above for each course cycle.

Notes for students enroled during the re-opening periods

Students enroling during the re-opening enrolments periods, before going to the lesson, will have to connect to the CLA Moodle page and log in at least once, so as to be enroled by the teacher in the course's online community.
