Enrollments

Who can enroll on a course?

  • students of the Law Faculty who have to pass the university language exam (‘prova di conoscenza linguistica’) in their first language
  • doctoral and master’s degree students who have to pass a required Italian language exam as part of their study plan

How much do courses cost?

You may enroll free of charge for one course per language level, until you reach the prescribed level of your study plan (for Master Code students only one course is free of charge). 

How do you enroll?

Students can only enroll at the CLA Secretary’s Office.

Enrollment dates

1st cycle (September 2024)

  • Enrollments: September 2 and 3, 2024
  • CLA Secretary's Office Opening Hours:
    • From 10.00 to 12.00 noon at CLA Secretary's Office.
  • Cancellation Policy: if you decide to give up your place on a course, you must send an email to cla@unitn.it by 12.00 noon on September 5, 2024.
  • Re-opening of enrollments to fill any eventual places remaining: 9th and 10th September 2024 from 10.00 to 12.00 noon at the CLA Secretary's Office (students cannot withdraw from the course).

2nd cycle (February 2025)

  • Enrollments: from 3 to 5 February with right of priority on 3 and 4 February 2025
  • Opening Hours: From 10.00 to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 14.00 to 16.00) at CLA Secretary's Office.
  • Cancellation Policy: if you decide to give up your place on a course, you must send an email to cla@unitn.it by 12.00 noon on 6th February 2025.
  • Re-opening of enrollments to fill any eventual places remaining: 11th and 12th February 2025 from 10.00 to 12.00 noon at the CLA Secretary’s Office (students cannot withdraw from the course).

3rd cycle (June 2025)

  • Enrollments: on 5 and 6 and from 9 to 11 June 2025 with right of priority on 5 and 6 June 2025
  • Opening Hours: From 10.00 to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 14.00 to 16.00) at CLA Secretary's Office.
  • Cancellation Policy: You are required to notify CLA if you decide to give up your reserved place on a course by 12.00 noon on 12 June 2025.
  • Re-opening of enrollments to fill any eventual places remaining: 17 and 18 June 2025 from 10.00 to 12.00 noon at the CLA Secretary’s Office (students cannot withdraw from the course).

If you wish to withdraw from a course once you have enrolled, you have to write to cla@unitn.it by the above mentioned date for each separate cycle of courses.

Notes for students enrolled during the re-opening periods

Students enrolling during the re-opening enrolments periods, before going to the lesson, will have to:

  • connect to the CLA Moodle page and log in at least once, so as to be enrolled by the teacher in the course's online community;
  • print the course enrolment certificate, which can be:
