Who can enrol on a course?

Students, Master’s degree and doctoral students on the following exchange programmes

  • Erasmus+
  • Erasmus Mundus
  • Double degree programme
  • Bilateral agreements
  • Università a Colori
How much do courses cost?

You may enrol free of charge for one course per language level. Any subsequent enrolment on courses of the same level costs 50.00 Euro per course. 

How do you enrol?

For the courses in September you have to enroll by Apply, whereas for all the other sessions you can only enrol at the CLA Secretary’s Office.

If YOU ARE NOT A STUDENT, before doing the placement test and/or enrolling on a course, you have to register for CLA University Language Centre services by filling in the online form .

After having completed the form, within 3 working days you will receive an e-mail from the CLA Secretary’s Office giving details of the procedure to follow in order to access online services.

Enrolment dates
  • 1st cycle -  September 2023: from 10.00 am on 21st August to 12.00 noon on 25th August 2023
    The link will be available from 10.00 am on 21st August HERE.
    You are required to notify CLA if you decide to give up your reserved place on a course by 12.00 noon on 31st August 2023.
    Re-opening of enrolments to fill any eventual places remaining: 8th and 11th September 2023 from 10.00 to 12.00 noon at CLA Secretary's Office (students cannot withdraw from the course).

  • 2nd cycle – February 2024: 1st and 2nd February 2024
    From 10.00 to 12.00 noon at CLA Secretary's Office
    You are required to notify CLA if you decide to give up your reserved place on a course by 12.00 noon on 6th February 2024.
    Re-opening of enrolments to fill any eventual places remaining: 9th and 12th February 2024 from 10.00 to 12.00 noon at CLA Secretary's Office (students cannot withdraw from the course).

  • 3rd cycle - June 2024: 5 and 6 June 2024
    From 10.00 to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 14.00 to 16.00) at CLA Secretary's Office.
    You are required to notify CLA if you decide to give up your reserved place on a course by 12.00 noon on 12 June 2024.
    Re-opening of enrolments to fill any eventual places remaining: 17 and 18 June 2024 from 10.00 to 12.00 noon at CLA Secretary's Office (students cannot withdraw from the course).

Once you have enrolled, if you wish to withdraw from the course you must write to cla@unitn.it by the deadline indicated above for each cycle of courses.

Notes for students enrolled during the re-opening periods

Students enrolling during the re-opening enrolments periods, before going to the lesson, will have to:

  • connect to the CLA Moodle page and log in at least once, so as to be enrolled by the teacher in the course's online community;
  • print the course enrolment certificate, which can be:
