Who can enrol on a course?

• members of the general public who are neither Trento University students, nor do they fall under any of the following categories: university employees, students with grant-assisted places, lecturers and researchers.
• employees of organizations which have stipulated an agreement with the university offering them discounted rates for language courses.

How much do courses cost?

The cost for members of the general public is 400.00 Euro, whereas employees of organizations partnered with Trento University pay 250.00 Euro.
An Italian Tax code (‘codice fiscale’) is required in order to pay.

How do you enrol?

For external users / entities affiliated with the University of Trento, before enrolling on a course, it obligatory to register for the services of the University Language Centre by filling out the online application. You must have an Italian tax code; The request will be processed within 5 working days.

Enrolments are online.

Enrolment dates

• 1st cycle – September 2025: September 3rd 2025
  Online from 12.00 am to 11.59 pm on September 3rd 2025.
  Re-opening of enrolments to fill any eventual places remaining: from 10.00 am on September 8th to 11.59 pm on September 9th 2025.

• 2nd cycle - February 2026: February 6th 2026
  Online from 12.00 am to 11.59 pm on February 6th 2026.
  Re-opening of enrolments to fill any eventual places remaining: from 10.00 am on February 12th to 11.59 pm on February 13th 2026. 

• 3rd cycle - June 2026: June 12th 2026
  Online from 12.00 am to 11.59 pm on June 12th 2026.
  Re-opening of enrolments to fill any eventual places remaining: from 10.00 am on June 18th to 11.59 pm on June 19th 2026.

Notes for students enrolled during the re-opening periods

Students enrolling during the re-opening enrolments periods, before going to the lesson, will have to connect to the CLA Moodle page and log in at least once, so as to be enrolled by the teacher in the course's online community.
