What kind of course can I choose?
General language courses

Extensive and evening courses: 50 academic hours divided into two lessons per week of 2 effective hours each, for two and a half months;

Intensive courses: 50 academic hours divided into five lessons per week, from Monday to Friday, of 2 hours and 30 minutes each, for about three weeks;

Speaking skills enhancement courses, "Focus on Speaking Skills - B2/C1" (offered during the extensive courses sessions): one lesson per week of 2 effective hours each, and the final lesson of 2.15 hours, for 10 weeks.
Specialist language courses

Specialist courses at Engineering (DII and DICAM): aimed at DII and DICAM and offered in two formats:

"Blended course" (in-person lessons and self-study): 36 academic hours in total, divided into one lesson per week of 2 effective hours for two and a half months. In addition to the face-to-face lessons, there is an interactive online self-study path (Moodle);

- Sociological language courses: 2 lessons per week of one and a half hours each, for about two and a half months;

Technical and scientific English courses:

Technical English / Technical Writing courses: aimed at students enrolled in courses at the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science (DISI). 40 academic hours divided into one lesson per week of 3 effective hours (11 lessons in total);

Scientific Writing and Presentations in English courses: aimed at Master's degree students in Physics and Mathematics. 40 academic hours divided into one lesson per week of 3 effective hours (11 lessons in total);

Academic Writing for your master's thesis courses: aimed at second-year Master's degree students at the Department of Industrial Engineering (DII). 24 academic hours divided into one lesson per week of 1.5 hours (12 lessons in total);

- English for Medicine courses for Master's students in Medicine and Surgery.
Courses for Phd students
Where are the courses held?

Extensive courses are held at the CLA (Via Verdi, 8 - Trento) and in the various Faculties, Departments and Centres of the University (Mesiano, Povo, Rovereto, C3A).

Intensive courses are held online, with synchronous video-conference lessons via Zoom.

Specialist courses are held in the various Faculties, Departments and Centres of the University (Mesiano, Povo, Sociology, CISMed).
