Extensive courses at CLA - periods | Language Centre

Extensive courses consist of two lessons per week of two hours each for about two and a half months (each course lasts 37.5 hours or 50 “academic” hours).

When are the courses held?

From October to December and from March to May at the CLA.

1st cycle from October 5th to December 14th 2026

(excluding December 7th and 8th 2026)

Duration: 11 weeks

Lessons: 2 lessons per week of 2 hours each.

Languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and Chinese

Levels:
English: from A2-B1 foundation to C1a; courses to prepare for the IELTS exam, "Focus on Speaking Skills - B2/C1" course
Spanish: from A1 to B2
German: from A1a to B2a
French: from A1 to B2
Russian: A1a, A2a
Arabic: A1a
Chinese: A1a
Workshop on Intercomprehension and Interculturality across Romance Languages
Narrative Competence Hub in a Foreign Language (Italian and English)
