Who can enrol?

• students at Trento University who wish to learn a language for personal use (including Collegio Bernardo Clesio students)
• students following single courses who have to pass a language exam
• doctoral students at Trento University
• postgraduate students at Trento University
• students at the Music Conservatory in Trento
• technicians, administrative personnel, students on scholarships, researchers and lecturers at Trento University

How much does a course cost?

For technicians, administrative personnel, scholarship students, researchers and lecturers at Trento University it costs €100.

For all other people it costs €50.

Collegio Bernardo Clesio students can enrol free of charge.

How do I enrol?

If you are NOT A UNIVERSITY STUDENT, before you can take the placement test and/or enrol on a course, you need to apply for access to the services of the University Language Centre (CLA) by filling in the online form.

Once you have filled in and sent the form, you will receive an email within three working days from the CLA Secretary’s Office, which describes the procedure to be followed to access MyCLA.

You can enrol:

• online for students of the university except the following categories who must enrol at the CLA Secretary's Office:
  • a student enrolled on a single course
  • a student planning to graduate by March 2023 who has presented their declaration that they are waiting to graduate to the “Offerta Formativa e Gestione Studenti” Office (in which case you have to come to the CLA Secretary’s Office only for enrolment on 2nd cycle courses)
  • Collegio Bernardo Clesio students
• online or at the CLA Secretary's Office for everyone else.

Enrolment dates

• 1st cycle - January/February 2023: 12 January 2023
  - online from 00.00 on 12 January 2023
  - at CLA Secretary's Office From 10.00 to 12.00 noon

• 2nd cycle - June/July 2023: 7 and 8 June 2023
  - online from 00.00 on 7 June 2023
  - at CLA Secretary's Office from 10.00 to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 14.00 to 16.00)
   
• 3rd cycle - August/September 2023: from 7 June to 21 July 2023
  - online from 00.00 on 7 June 2023
  - at CLA Secretary's Office from 8 to 10 June, from 10.00 to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 14.00 to 16.00) and from 12 June to 21 July, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 14.00 to 16.00).

Reopening of enrolments: enrolments will be reopened if there are any places left on courses. The way reopening of enrolments works is described HERE.
