Who can enrol?
Students leaving for the following international exchange programmes:
- Erasmus +
- Double Degree
- Bilateral Agreements
You must already have been assigned your international study grant when you enrol.
How much does a course cost?
You are entitled to one course in the language of the country you are going to.
Any courses after the first course cost €50 each.
How do I enrol?
You can only enrol at the CLA Secretary’s Office.
If you are unable to enrol in person, you may authorize a trusted person to enrol on your behalf. They must present a delegation form, a copy of your ID, and their own valid ID.

Enrolment dates
- 1st cycle - January/February 2026: 14 January 2026
- at CLA Secretary's Office from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and from 2 to 4 pm
- 2nd cycle - June/July 2026: from 8 to 12 June, with right of priority on 8 and 9 June 2026.
- at CLA Secretary's Office from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 2 to 4 pm).
- 3rd cycle - August/September 2026: from 8 June to 17 July 2026, with right of priority on 8 and 9 June 2026.

from 8 to 12 June: from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 2 to 4 pm);
from 15 June to 17 July: on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 2 to 4 pm).

Reopening of enrolments: enrolments will be reopened if there are any places left on courses. The way reopening of enrolments works is described HERE.
