Who can enrol?

Students leaving for the following international exchange programmes:

• Erasmus +
• Double Degree
• Bilateral Agreements

You must already have been assigned your international study grant when you enrol.

How much does a course cost?

You are entitled to one course in the language of the country you are going to.
Any courses after the first course cost €50 each.

How do I enrol?

You can only enrol at the CLA Secretary’s Office.

Enrolment dates

• 1st cycle - January/February 2025: 10 January 2025
  - at CLA Secretary's Office from 10.00 to 12.00 noon.

• 2nd cycle - June/July 2025: on 5 and 6 and from 9 to 11 June 2025 with right of priority on 5 and 6 June
  - at CLA Secretary's Office from 10.00 to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 14.00 to 16.00).
• 3rd cycle - August/September 2025: from 5 June to 18 July 2025
  - at CLA Secretary's Office:
  • from 5 to 11 June: from 10.00 to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 14.00 to 16.00);
  • from 12 June to 18 July: on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 noon.

Reopening of enrolments: enrolments will be reopened if there are any places left on courses. The way reopening of enrolments works is described HERE.
