If you are a student at the University of Trento and wish to obtain an internationally recognized language certification, you can benefit from discounted fees for the Cambridge English exams (PET, FCE, CAE, CPE) and IELTS Academic exam.

Cambridge English Certifications (ESOL)

The exams are held in Trento at CLM BELL (via Pozzo 30, tel. 0461/981733) during the June and November/December sessions.

Please Note: CLM reserves the right to activate the exam only with a minimum number of students. In case of cancellation, you will be notified and fully refunded.

Registering for Cambridge Exams at Discounted Fees

If you are a University of Trento student and wish to take the Cambridge exams at a reduced fee, you must follow these steps:

Phase 1: Pre-enrolment through the CLA

To access the discounted fee, pre-registration through the CLA is mandatory.

  • For the November/December 2025 session:
    • Pre-registration is open from 10:00 AM on September 8 until 12:00 noon on September 19, 2025.
    • Use this link to pre-register: link not available (registration is closed).
  • For the June 2026 session:

Phase 2: Registration Confirmation and Payment (through the CLM-Bell website)

After completing the pre-registration with the CLA, you must confirm your registration and pay the fee directly on the website of the CLM-Bell language school, where the exams will take place.

  • For the November/December 2025 session:
    • The confirmation and payment form on the CLM-Bell website will be available from September 22 to 26, 2025. Registration will not be possible after this date.
    • You will receive the link to the CLM-Bell form by 10:00 on September 22, 2025, only if you complete the CLA pre-registration. 
    • Payment must be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario). It is mandatory to attach the receipt of the bank transfer directly to the CLM-Bell form. You will find all bank transfer details within the CLM-Bell form confirmation of registration.
  • For the June 2026 session:
    • The confirmation and payment form on the CLM-Bell website will be available from April 1 to 10, 2026. Registration will not be possible after this date.
    • You will receive the link to the CLM-Bell form by March 31, 2026, only if you complete the CLA pre-registration. 
    • Payment must be made by bank transfer. It is mandatory to attach the receipt of the bank transfer directly to the CLM-Bell form. You will find all bank transfer details within the registration confirmation form from CLM-Bell.

Phase 3: Take the Exam and Obtain the Certificate

  • The exams will take place at the CLM-Bell language school, via Pozzo 30, 38122 Trento (phone: 0461/981733).
  • For all information regarding how the exams are conducted, timelines, and certificate issuance procedures, you must refer directly to the instructions provided by CLM-Bell.

IELTS Academic Certification at the UniTrento Test Center

You can take the IELTS Academic exam in Computer-based format directly at the UniTrento Test Center (via Verdi, 8 - first floor - Test Room 1).
