Who can enrol?

• students at Trento University who wish to learn a language for personal use (including Collegio Bernardo Clesio students
• students following single courses who have to pass a language exam
• doctoral students at Trento University
• postgraduate students at Trento University
• students at the Music Conservatory in Trento
• technicians, administrative personnel, students on scholarships, researchers and lecturers at Trento University

How much does a course cost?

For technicians, administrative personnel, scholarship students, researchers and lecturers at Trento University it costs €100

Collegio Bernardo Clesio students can enrol free of charge.

For all other people it costs €50.
 

How do I enrol?

For external users / entities affiliated with the University of Trento, before registering you must:

• register for the services of the University Language Centre by filling out the online application. You must have an Italian tax code;
• wait for an email from the CLA Office (within 5 working days of submission) with instructions on how to access U-GOV CLA, take the placement test, and/or register for courses.

Enrolments are oline, except the following categories who must enrol at the CLA Secretary's Office:

• a student enrolled on a single course
• a student planning to graduate by March 2025 who has presented their declaration that they are waiting to graduate to the “Offerta Formativa e Gestione Studenti” Office (in which case you have to come to the CLA Secretary’s Office only for enrolment on 2nd cycle courses)
• Collegio Bernardo Clesio students

Enrolment dates

1st cycle - October/December 2025: from 24 to 26 September 2025 with right of priority on 24 and 25 September 2025

• online from 00.00 on 24 September 2025;
• at CLA Secretary's Office from 9am to 12 noon and from 2pm to 4pm; on Friday only from 9am to 12 noon. 

2nd cycle - March/May 2026: from 25 to 27 February 2026 with right of priority on 25 and 26 February 2026

• online from 00.00 on 25 February 2026; 
• at CLA Secretary's Office, on Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 12 noon and from 2pm to 4pm; on Friday from 9am to 12. noon.

Reopening of enrolments: enrolments will be reopened if there are any places left on courses. The way reopening of enrolments works is described HERE.
