Language Programs Office Desk (CLA Secretary's Office) - Courses and Certifications

  • Information on: language courses, placement tests to access courses, recognized language certifications, Cambridge exams at a reduced fee for UniTrento students, teachers’ office hours and tutoring.

Planned closures

The CLA Secretary's Office will be closed:

  • for the Christmas Holidays from 24th December 2025 to 6th January 2026 inclusive;
  • for the Easter holidays on April 6, 2026;
  • on May 1, 2026;
  • on June 1 and 2, 2026;
  • on June 26, 2026;
  • on August 5 (afternoon) 2026;
  • from 10th to 14th August 2026.

Extra office opening hours

In August and September 2026, the CLA front office will also be open to the public on additional dates/times outside regular office hours, as indicated below:

  • Tuesday, August 25: from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon
  • Thursday, August 27: from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon
  • Thursday, September 3: from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon
