Who can enrol?

Students at Trento University who have to pass a language test as specified in their degree course programme.

How much does a course cost?

You can enrol free of charge for one language course per level up to the level of the test you have to pass (as specified in your degree course programme). Please look at the specifications for your department/centre/faculty in the USEFUL LINKS box.

How do I enrol?

You can enrol online unless you belong to certain categories of students who must enrol at the CLA Secretary's Office. Look at the specifications for your department/centre/faculty in the USEFUL LINKS box.

Enrolment dates

1st cycle - January/February 2026: from 12 to 14 January, with right of priority on 12 and 13 January 2026

• Online, from 10.00 am on 12 January to 11.59 pm on 14 January.
• at CLA Secretary's Office from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 2pm to 4pm). 
• Deadline for giving up a course place: by 11.59 pm on 13 January 2026.

2nd cycle - June/July 2026: from 8 to 12 June, with right of priority on 8 and 9 June 2026. 

• Online from 10.00 am on 8 June to 11.59 pm on 12 June.
• at CLA Secretary's Office from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday also from 2pm to 4pm)
• Deadline for giving up a course place: by 11.59 pm on 12 June 2026.

3rd cycle - August/September 2026: from 8 June to 17 July 2026, with right of priority on 8 and 9 June 2026. 

• Online from 10.00 am on 8 June to 11.59 pm on 17 July.
• at CLA Secretary's Office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon (on Wednesday even from 2 to 4 pm).
• Deadline for giving up a course place: by 11.59 pm on 18 August 2026.

Once you have enrolled, if you wish to withdraw from the course, you have to do it in the CLA system by the deadline indicated above for each course cycle.

Reopening of enrolments: enrolments will be reopened if there are any places left on courses. The way reopening of enrolments works is described HERE.
